Clearlight®  is proud to announce you can purchase your sauna and wellness products through your HSA or FSA savings accounts!

How It Works: 

  1. Work with your Sauna Specialist during your shopping process to complete Truemed’s qualification survey.
  2. Once approved, you will be issued a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) specifically for any future purchases you make with us now, or in the 12 months the LMN is valid.
  3. Once you receive your LMN, call your Sauna Specialist to make your purchase using whichever form of payment you wish.
  4. After your purchase, follow the reimbursement instructions with your HSA/FSA provider to submit your receipts and LMN to them.


How long does the approval process take for a customer to get a Letter of Medical Necessity?

The intake form is only a few questions. No live consultation with a doctor is required. If eligible, approval is instant. Truemed will then provide a Letter of Medical Necessity via email.

How many Letters of Medical Necessity does a customer need to obtain?

Each Letter of Medical Necessity can cover multiple products and is applicable to all purchases in our Clearlight Product Line.  Prior orders can be reimbursed subject to rules set by individual HSA/FSA providers.

How long does the Letter of Medical Necessity last?

Each Letter is valid for 12 months before it needs to be renewed.

How do I pay for Clearlight Products?

You can keep purchasing any of our Clearlight Saunas and Products the same way you always would; either through our Sauna Specialist team or on our storefront here. Choose “TrueMed – Pay with HSA/FSA” in the Payment Options when checking out online. 

Upon approval, Truemed then provides the documentation to submit with your reimbursement claim to your HSA/FSA provider. You can either submit claims individually or all at once at the end to the year.
