We’ve been using Clearlight Infrared Saunas here at Kove Studio for just over a year now. We have three at our Williamsburg location and two at our East Village location. We’re based in New York City, and we originally chose Clearlight saunas because of how beautiful they are.

I came into this with not too much experience, but I’m very happy that we did go with Clearlight because these saunas have held up super well. All of our customers rave about them — they love the experience. We were also able to customize our saunas and add heaters in the middle. That lets us heat our saunas up quicker in the morning, which allows us to get into business faster. It also means that the saunas retain temperature better during the day as customers get in and out.

We’re a very high-volume business. We have around 120 to 240 people coming through each day, so our saunas need to retain temperature as the doors open and close, which these definitely do. Whenever we do have an issue, they’re also very happy to help us resolve it and work through it.

Being here in New York City, there are a lot of strict rules around sauna use. Using these saunas, we’ve had no issues with the city and have been able to meet all of the mandated regulations. Overall, these are beautiful saunas, customers love them, and Clearlight is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Clearlight to anyone considering a sauna.

The reason for my email is to let you know what a positive experience I have had working with your team. I have been working with Matthew for a couple years with different issues that have come up with our sauna from time to time. Lastly - our sauna door recently shattered and I was beyond impressed how Matthew and Cassandra worked together to get us a new door ASAP. I definitely called, emailed, and texted them way too much because I was panicked about clients not being able to sauna. Both Cassandra and Matthew were in constant communication with me when they should have been beyond annoyed.

You have 2 great team members in Cassandra & Matthew and I greatly appreciate their attention to helping our business be successful.
