Just finished 21 days of cold plunging and there is no end in sight. I’m soooo hooked. Add the red light sauna into the mix as well and I can already tell the combo is going to be such a game changer for me this winter. I love how grounded I feel as I come to my body and breathe immediately after the cold hits my skin. The dopamine rush for hours after is also THE BEST THING EVER this winter.

I am learning of so many other benefits in regard to plunging but those two excite me the most. I’ve been using a red light for over a year and it helped so much with my SAD last winter.
