Official Rules – The Ultimate Self-Care Sanctuary Giveaway

Clearlight Infrared Saunas (“Clearlight”), in collaboration with The Absorption Company and Hyperice.

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Clearlight, The Absorption Company, Hyperice, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

Participants must be a first-time winner (no previous Clearlight or partner giveaway wins in the past 6 months).

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on October 15, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on November 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.
To enter:

Visit Instagram and locate the official giveaway post on @clearlightsaunas.
Follow all participating accounts: @clearlightsaunas, @absorb.more, and @hyperice.
Like the giveaway post.
Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments.
Each additional tagged friend in separate comments counts as one (1) additional entry.

Entrants must have a public Instagram account to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive The Ultimate Self-Care Sanctuary Giveaway package, which includes:

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Each partner brand is responsible for shipping its respective prize directly to the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be randomly selected by Clearlight from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be announced on Clearlight’s Instagram Stories on Black Friday, November 28, 2025, and contacted via direct message from the @clearlightsaunas official Instagram account only.

Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Release and hold harmless Clearlight, The Absorption Company, Hyperice, Instagram, and their respective affiliates and employees from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent for Clearlight and partners to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional payment or consideration.
