Clearlight® Saunas Craftsmanship

For nearly 30 years, Clearlight® has helped lead the evolution of infrared sauna technology, engineering every detail to deliver exceptional performance, comfort, and longevity. At the heart of every Clearlight sauna are our proprietary True Wave® heaters, which combine ultra-thin carbon fibers with our patented ceramic compound to provide consistent, highly effective infrared heat.

Each heater is carefully constructed one at a time, layering carbon, ceramic, and a woven substrate before bonding them together under precisely controlled heat and pressure. Before a heater ever reaches a Clearlight sauna, it undergoes hours of rigorous testing, including measurements of electrical draw, surface temperature, and EMF output at twelve separate points.

That same attention to detail extends throughout the entire sauna. From finely finished North American Basswood and Mahogany to hand-sanded, color-matched wood panels, Clearlight Sanctuary™ and Premier™ saunas are built to the standards of fine furniture. Every material is thoughtfully selected with health, safety, and durability in mind, and every sauna is engineered to meet strict ETL safety certification requirements.

The result is a sauna designed not only to perform exceptionally, but to look and feel at home in a beautifully considered wellness space. With nearly three decades of infrared expertise behind every detail, Clearlight combines advanced technology, premium craftsmanship, non-toxic materials, and uncompromising manufacturing standards.

Exceptional craftsmanship. Exceptional performance. The Clearlight standard.
