Study Goal: To gather data on mitochondrial efficiency and cellular structure as impacted by red light therapy from the Clearlight Red Light Therapy FULL BODY Tower. The study will assess how red light exposure affects mitochondrial activity, ATP production, and the overall efficiency of cellular energy production.
