This study aimed to examine how toxic elements are excreted through blood, urine, and sweat by analyzing samples from 20 participants. The results revealed that many toxic elements were excreted more efficiently through sweat than blood or urine, indicating that sweat may be a better indicator of toxic metal accumulation. Some elements, present in sweat, were not detectable in blood, suggesting that traditional biomonitoring through blood or urine might underestimate total body burden. The study supports induced sweating as a potential method for detoxification.
